The Arpa International Film Festival ran from November 3rd – 5th and concluded with its Awards Gala Banquet on November 5th at the Loews Hollywood Hotel. The festival celebrated its 20th Anniversary and honored “The Promise”, “Intent to Destroy” and Chris Cornell. Read more about the festival and banquet here.
